- How to Use：
- 1.Locate the tunnel. Look for recent burrow paths or new mounds on the lawn that indicate the presence of moles
- 2.Dig a small opening. Use a tool to probe between fresh mounds and dig down to expose the tunnel. Create a vertical opening large enough to place the trap
- 3.Set the trap. Use a tool or your hands to spread the two wire jaws apart. Place the trigger plate on the ends of the jaws to keep the trap in a sprung, open position
- 4.Place the trap. Position the set trap horizontally inside the tunnel. For best results, place two traps facing opposite directions, as it is uncertain which direction the mole will approach from
- 5.Cover and conceal. Cover the opening with a board or sod to block out light and reduce airflow. Moles are extremely sensitive to wind and light
- 6.Mark the location. Insert a fluorescent warning flag(such as ATPL7315, ATM3067) near the placement site to alert gardeners or lawnmower operators to avoid the area
- 7.Check regularly. Lift the cover every 2 to 3 days to inspect for catches
